At Accessories By RS, we understand that your heritage pieces are special. We take great care in packaging every cap, bead set, and handbag to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Being based in Canada, we offer the benefit of local expertise and reliable domestic delivery.

Processing Times
  • Standard Items: All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom Orders: For custom bridal sets or personalized beadwork, please allow 7–14 business days for crafting before your item is shipped.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories via trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

  • Local Pickup: If you are located in Waterloo, local pickup options may be available at checkout.

Free Shipping Promotion: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

International Shipping (USA & Global)

We love sharing our culture worldwide!

  • USA: Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 10–21 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For all orders shipping outside of Canada, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. Accessories By RS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us via Email within 48 hours.

  • Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost items, we will do our best to help you file a claim and locate your package. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
