At Accessories By RS, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our cultural pieces. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please Click Here or email us at orders@accessoriesbyrs.ca. Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Accessories By RS provides a prepaid shipping label for your convenience, a flat fee of $12 CAD will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Processing: We use trusted Canadian shipping partners. To avoid delays in your refund, please follow the specific return instructions provided in your email. Failure to follow these steps may result in a processing delay of up to 5 business days.

If You Change Your Mind

  • Within 14 Days: Receive a full refund to your original form of payment if the item is returned with the original packing slip/receipt and all tags attached.

  • Within 30 Days: Receive Site Credit for the full value of the item if returned with the packing slip/receipt and tags attached.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. All items must remain in their original packaging with tags attached.

Important: Final Sale Items

To maintain hygiene and the integrity of our custom work, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Waist Beads (Ileke Idi)

  • Custom-made or Bespoke Bead Sets

  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

Right to Deny

Accessories By RS reserves the right to deny the return of any product that shows signs of wear, scent (perfumes/lotions), or damage not reported upon delivery.
